June & 1st 2 Weeks of July Fishing Report 2019 10K Islands Naples,FL

The month of June was a outstanding fishing month with many memories and trophies coming over the rails.

First up is the Kelly Family with a great trip in the 10k Islands. They had a very productive day catching Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, and some monster Black Drums. Featured below are the biggest fish of the month. Great job guys!

Had a little time to sneak out with Kim and fishing partner Geoff for a scouting trip. Kim showed us how it is done Light; tackling a 7ft Lemon Shark on 15 lb. gear. Video will straighten out when you press play.

Then back to work teaching the youth of today on how to target Snook on light tackle top water lures.

And ending the month of June with a deep run off shore Naples (60+miles off shore) looking for large Grouper and American Red Snapper. Check out what we call the tax man of the Gulf. That Hammer Head Shark is all of 14ft long.

Starting up the first two weeks of July, the Redfish and Snook have been terrorizing my customers. There are plenty of smaller ones around to play with, but there are numerous larger ones to take the lines into the trees. The first two weeks of July have been close quarter battles with high tides and trees. Some of my clients have prevailed and others have had their hearts broken. It is what keeps ya coming back. Featured below is Jane with her 20 in. Red and Tommy with his stud 33 in. Red (check out the facial expression of Tommy from his first Red to his second).

And lets not forget about the largest Snook of the month so far (had to get on shore to get this girl out).GeoffBchSnook
