The last 2 weeks of July were just outstanding, with large Black Drum and Snook pulling on my customers’ lines for the end of July. Pictured Below is Tom with a beauty of a Drum.
We also had a couple Triple Tail buddies show up around a few tree trunks.
And then Kim and I went out scouting and also got to get in on some of the Snook action.
And back to work wrapping up July with the Loe family from Switzerland. Andy was on fire with the Drum; catching 3 all together and by far the largest of the month.
Staring up in August we still had the presenting rain of South West Florida, but we pushed right on through it with some great catches. Featured below is the Cowen family putting down the Drums of 10,000 Islands. They also caught and released multiple Snook and Redfish.
Then the Potekin family who just slayed the Snook all morning and then we were chased in by the rains.
I also want to thank the Rodriguez family who also had a great bite with Snook and Redfish. They really put it to them. Unfortunately, the pictures did not turn out do to weather. The Cox family caught the right tide this month with a great morning bite totaling out the morning with 4 of these big Drum.
And then the weekend my family, fishing partners, and I have been waiting for ( I mean for 3 months). The new Sea Born 24 LT is now a part of our fleet, and she is Bad Azz.
Plenty of deck space! I have broken her in properly; seeing where she can go and that is everywhere!
Then I put her to work the next day with Keith Osborne, and a repeat customer Brent, and friends John and Mike. They put the fish in the boat.
It is hot and so is the fishing.
Tight Lines,
