DECEMBER!!!!

What a month it has been.  With only one cold front dropping the temperatures below the 60s, it has been an AWESOME month of fishing in Southwest Florida!

We have been catching everything that the backwater has to offer; from Pompano to Sheephead, and even a few unexpected species.

Started out the early half of the month with Josh French. We fished just after the major cold front came through.  Yes.  It got down to a chilly 50 degrees.  We got her done, with a bunch of Trout on a slow bite, and a nice Sheephead invited itself to dinner.

Here is Josh’s son, Mason, with a handful of Trout.

Well after that cold front the bite really turned on. The water temp jumped back up to 73 degrees . Here are a couple of pictures from the last 2 weeks.

And some more pictures from December…

Thank you guys Josh, Andrew, Scott, The Poch Family, Mark and son, Joey, The With family, Joe, Alec, and sons, and Mike and family. Hopefully video will be coming soon. Thank you all for the year end wrap up.

Happy New Year. Be safe and see ya next year!!!!!!!!
